What is the Vision of FITTY?
We believe Every Body Is A Fitty Body. We want ladies to feel and look good, and most importantly work out HAPPY! Beautiful, luxurious activewear can be affordable and made accessible to every one. We strive to provide a wide range of athleisure wear and workout gear for ladies of all sizes and figures, at pocket-friendly prices. Hence, Fitty adopts primarily a pre-order model to sustain our cause. Our goal is to make A Million Ladies Happy!
Where does your products come from?
We collaborate and work with a few manufacturing partners that are well-established and has years of experience with excellent customer service standards. We discuss and co-create the products together. We also personally inspect every piece of item you purchase to ensure it is in perfect condition before we despatch to you.
Why isn't there a standard size chart?
This is because we curate our apparels from a selected group of manufacturers to offer a variety of styles and designs. Hence there is no one size chart fits all. For each of the items listed, we have however included a size chart under the product description, according to the cut and fit. We will also indicate if sizing runs small or if it's a regular fit, so you can choose the best fit.
What is your exchange policy like, if the size doesn't fit?
We provide 1 exchange within the first 30 days upon receipt of purchase, excluding items on sale. The postage will be will be absorbed by us, and we will mail the preferred size back to you. For overseas customers who have spent above $100, we will cover your up to $5 of your postage, and we will send the correct size back to you. If it is below $100, you will have to cover the courier to and fro.
Will Out Of Stock items be re-stocked?
We strive to keep our collections fresh, as such, most items will not be restocked once sold out, unless they are our best sellers.
What if I realise that I do not like the item?
Fret not, refunds are valid. (so long as item is not worn before and is in original packaging). 30 days from receipt of purchase applies.
For pre-order items, how long will it take to arrive?
Due to the recent CoVid measures in place, the delivery periods have been revised.
Average delivery period will be 2-3 weeks. For deliveries outside of SG, it may take up to 4-5 weeks. We will consistently be keeping you posted on the shipping updates. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
How will it be delivered?
For local deliveries, it will be sent via local courier. Overseas packages will be differ according to the countries they are being shipped to. Every package will have a tracking number.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we do! Currently, free shipping applies for combined purchases of $100 & above.
Why are some of your items on pre-order?
We are a small startup and we would like to keep our range of items as diverse as possible, while ensuring we keep them affordable. This is because we understand different people have different preferences and style. Pre-order model allows us to achieve both objectives, giving our customers plenty of styles and choices, while keeping them affordable. In the near future however, we may convert some of our pre-order best-sellers into ready stock.

Can I request for Gift Packaging?
We're happy to include a complimentary note if you are gifting a friend. Just drop us an email with your order number, and we'll include that for you. (Applicable for orders within SG only)
How do I request for return/exchange?
Place your item back in its orginal packing and update us on this. Kindly email us in the following format:
Current item: size/colour
Exchange item: size/colour
We will arrange for a return courier.
If we have it in stock, we will ship the new item to you promptly. Otherwise, we will have place a replacement order, and it will take 2-3 weeks to complete the exchange.
